I found this Horned Grebe in the SW corner of Cell 4 at Pt. Mouillee SGA in Monroe Co., MI. The extremely cooperative grebe is rare for the area in summer. It spent its time floating, rustling its wings, and preening. Then it would rise up, flap its wings, and spin 180 degrees before settling down. I was able to get some nice digiscoped stills and 4K video clips.
